Delivery

Shipping Area

We ship our products only to addresses in Sweden.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are delivered within 5 calendar days after receipt of payment, unless another delivery date has been expressly agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
  • If we are unable to deliver the Products within the delivery period, you will be informed in writing and a new reasonable delivery date will be announced.
  • If this new delivery period is also exceeded, you have the right to cancel the order.

Partial Deliveries

  • The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries of the ordered Products in the event of temporary unavailability or delays in deliveries. You will be informed in the event of partial delivery.

Delivery Address

  • The order is delivered to the address specified during the ordering process.

Checking Your order

  • Upon delivery/collection, you must check the packaging for any damage.
  • You must also inspect the Products at the time of delivery for visible defects/damage and quality deficiencies.
  • Any complaints about visible defects, damage and/or missing deliveries must be notified in writing, attaching a clear picture of the damaged packaging/visible defects, no later than two (2) days after delivery/collection of the Product(s).
  • Complaints about deficiencies or visible defects that are not notified within this time period will not be processed.

Delivery Problems

If delivery is delayed because you unreasonably refuse to accept the Products or have not collected them within a reasonable time, the Seller has the right to cancel the Sales Agreement and no longer make the Products available for delivery or collection.

Responsibility and Risk

Any risk of damage to or loss of the Products passes to you at the time the Products are delivered/collected.
